SagamoreHill Broadcasting is looking for a Social Media / Website Intern to help grow and promote local TV Stations across the country

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assist in analyzing social media metrics and preparing reports.
  • Support in the creation of visual content (graphics, videos) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Passion for social media and digital marketing.
