Target Start Date: ImmediatelySagamoreHill Broadcasting is looking for a Social Media / Website Intern to help grow and promote local TV Stations across the country
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assist in analyzing social media metrics and preparing reports.
- Support in the creation of visual content (graphics, videos) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
