Digital Billboard Truck Advertising Operations Manager – SagamoreHill Outdoor 

Kansas City, MO 

SagamoreHill Outdoor is looking for a driven candidate to manage operations and advertising sales for its Digital Billboard Truck, KCmoBill. This position requires a person who is reliable, accountable, ethical, personable, and works well independently.   

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Generates advertising sales revenue for display routes and events 

• Develop and present display advertising campaigns and proposals 

• Communicates schedule, activity, and revenue forecast with the General Manager 

• Works alongside Production Department to produce advertising display graphics and video content that includes transitions, effects, and music 

• Collaborates with the Marketing & Promotions Department to execute company campaigns 

• Programs all digital advertising ads into Billboard Truck’s display software 

• Drives the Digital Billboard Truck in designated routes and events, executing advertising schedules, rotations, and activations 

• Maintains a driver and mileage log through the “Motiv” digital application Practices road safety and secures the truck while driving, parking, and storing 

• Oversees the truck’s service schedule, as well as video display generator  

• Responsible for the truck’s maintenance and appearance, including washes, tire care, engine fluids & oil changes, lights, windows, & other 

• Handles any necessary repairs, including display hardware 

• Carry out safety inspections, permits and registration renewals, and other DOT requirements 

Qualifications: 

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record 

• Must be willing to take DOT Physical and maintain eligibility 

• Strong auto & truck mechanical skills 

• Minimum of 2 years proven sales success; advertising sales experience a plus 

• Solid negotiation skills  

• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite or other graphics/video editing software 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Available to work after hours and weekends
